Have been trying for last day to connect to fluxfinace.com - connect wallet. Wallet is not connecting. How do I get my funds back

If your wallet won’t connect to fluxfinance.com, try clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or using a different device or browser. If that fails, contact Flux support directly and provide your wallet address so they can assist with fund recovery.

Tried everything. Your support team want me to manually connect by inputing my keys. I would call that a scam. I am not going to input my keys. Get your system working properly I have given them my wallet address. Get the system to connect so I get my coins back.
